Conflict, disagreement and tension have all gotten a bad rap. That is probably because we often associate them with arguing, fighting and even war. However, these are merely examples of the ways in which we choose to work through conflict, rather than being a testimony to conflict itself. We all have the power to decide, will we allow conflict to escalate, or use it is an opportunity for growth and understanding. Disagreement is a beautiful opportunity to learn more about ourselves and those with whom we are in relationship. That is why conflict is good for you and your relationships.
