I was thinking instead of thr pedestrian path bridge from the college island, you could continue the tram tracks and have a tram only bridge going towards the suburbs. So the people in the suburbs can get to the college easier.

Trams can reverse now, you don't need to make a loop, just put a tram stop on a section of track that ends on a road with a median and it will make a terminus and switches in the road for it to turn around

I noticed that while placing the stops! It's really cool and I totally forgot about it, but I also love the loop by the college since it fills up a little bit of space! :)

Instead of a roundabout, you can put a tiny segment of a much larger road where the roundabout would've been to achieve a more realistic (and potentially zoneable) cul-de-sac look.

Brian the Doe is, I believe, the mascot for the Linden Chippers (as the NA football field declares the team name). As for the rest of the city, adding in another suburb wouldn't hurt, but I think it should go at the opposite end of town as the other two. If we treat the high-rise tower as being located in due north, then adding the new suburb to the north-east corner of the city would be my suggestion, as it would add to the city sprawl a bit, as well as not have the southwest corner of the city look borderline claustrophobic. You could also look into taking the T-junction of the highway and making it a 4-way junction of some kind, and use the "new" off-ramp as a lead-in towards a new section of the city. As far as tourism goes, my suggestion here is to use the castle as a central focus, though you may need to acquire another map tile or two for better spatial creativity. Or, taking the highway interchange idea I mentioned earlier into consideration, that fourth path could lead into a tourism-focused district, on the opposite side of which you could put a new suburb, which can then potentially snowball into further city ideas. I would, however, highly suggest putting that observation tower in last, considering just how ridiculously huge it is. In the end, though, it's ultimately your call what to go with. Whatever choice you make, Linden City will be made all the more awesome for it.

I've honestly not seen too many creators really taking viewers through public transport too much, so once you've looked into it a bit more, I'd love to see you rework the city's public transport in an episode!

To increase your education and people attending college, have easier access to the college. I would also like to see an additional suburb built off-camera. Lastly, I would like to see new methods of transportation within your city (example: subway) better connecting the city to other areas and the suburbs.

I think your pedestrian bridge would work better if it was a pedestrian road, that way it would be more similar in size to the road and look like it was a road that they repurposed into a footbridge. Also, where it meets the residences, there should be a whole walking trail network alomg the water's edge with the occasional path winding kt's way up thr bluff to the street with the houses on it.

Where I'm from we have a lot of mixed-use zoning around our colleges, I feel the island looks a little sparse. I also feel that a roundabout at the end of the road to the college would just help people turn around so they don't have to pull a U-turn and aesthetically it wouldn't be too out of place.

Love the college island. I feel that instead of the foot bridge, you should havd the tram go across and at least have a stop on that side and have it come back

Reckon you focus on downtown and make it go both side of the railway see you got more space for downtown close down towns, usually bigger than the suburb and make it on the hillside behind the train tracks and I reckon that would look really cool😊

University will give you more demand for high density. The reason you have so much low density demand is because of poor education access
