I fail to understand how Tata can expect a subscription for an App that never Works. Gives Wrong Statistics if it works someday by chance. It's customer support is equally ill equipped as the only answer they have is to reinstall the application. Sick

Very Informative, I have a question for my Safari , If IRA app is not logged out from mobile, does it consume car battery if car is in Off mode for data collection, gps, etc . I am facing an issue in my car (only 2 mnth old) if I leave my car unused for 2-3 days its battery gets drained out. Kindly suggest.

Battery Drainage cannot be due to IRA app logging in or logging out. It must be due to some other reasong

immobilization ke liye toll free pe call karna padta hai. Tata ki team apney end se immobilize karti hai. Aap by mistake apney end se immobilize nahi kar saktey

Don't understand why TATA connected car app is so expensive then competitors... All are giving subscription complementary for initial 3 years while TATA is offering for 1 year only... also renewal is too expensive... 1 year subscription is higher then 3 years subscription of some competitors...

Parent account will be only on one phone. You could take a parent account on one and child account on the other.
