The inspiration to try this project again comes from Christi at @TinyTexan Adventures on KZfaq.
Christi once told me that she took inspiration for her van build from me which is such a nice compliment! Today I’m returning the compliment because her video on connecting her Maxxair fan to her power station inspired me to finally get this done.
Back in 2021 when I bought my Promaster van and decided to do a minimal-build conversion the Maxxair fan was one of my first big projects. I did try to connect it to a 12V plug but it didn’t work and to be honest I think I had the wrong kind of plug. So I moved on to more fun projects and here I am 3 years later with a fan that I can manually open as a vent but can’t use for it’s intended purpose to circulate air.
Last weekend I was watching Christi’s video and she made it look so easy that I realized I had no excuse! So today I’m taking you along with me as I buy the supplies and get this project done!
Go over to Christi’s channel Tiny Texan Adventures and give her some love. Thanks Christi!
Be Kind,
Adelina
