g'day guys welcome to another video of a drone footage.
today's video is doing the construction of the new East Pakenham station.
this was filmed over the Easter period that is the reason why there's not many people floating around ideal time to do it.

Yes it would be quite an interesting station I believe once it's open I reckon it could be open towards the end of the year I reckon

So the design of this station allows V/line trains to go past metro ones sitting at the station. Great idea. I often wonder why they didn't leave the third platform at Oakleigh which used to allow the V-line trains to go past the Metro ones - I think they moved that capability out to Westall but I have never seen it used..

Yes I reckon that is what it is designed for at the east Pakenham for the V line should be open in a few weeks to be honest because when I took this this is backing Easter so I reckon be open in a few weeks
