This video is a first of its kind: A real life case study about a constructive dismissal negotiation.
In this case study, we'll be taking you through the real-life experience of one of our clients as he navigates the process of negotiating an exit package with his employer. Not only will you learn about the general process of negotiating a settlement agreement for constructive dismissal, but you'll also gain insight into the specific issues that can arise when a company wants to relocate an employee, as well as the use of without prejudice correspondence in trying to resolve the matter out of court.
In the 2nd section of the video, we'll be following our client's phone call with his employer, where he'll be seeking advice on how to handle the negotiations. We'll also be giving you tips on how to approach the process, including the importance of listening and not revealing too much, taking notes, and not being afraid to ask for what you want. Remember, until you sign on the dotted line, the deal is not final and you can always go back and negotiate further.

@@onetabbymouthatbedtime8719 yes I'd assume monaco Solicitors will give your friend a free consultation but he or she needs to bank at least 50/60 grand to qualify for it. All the best
