Why should you use call tracking as a part of your marketing mix and conversion strategy? Simple! Call tracking allows you to do more of what works and less of what doesn't.

Tip #1 - Without call tracking you’re blind on a large portion of your marketing tracking. For us, 20-40% of our leads are calls. That would be nearly impossible to track and optimize without some sort of tracking in place.
Tip #2 - Call tracking allows you to better understand the marketing channels that are driving calls so you can invest in them more! Dynamic call tracking is a powerful tool in your marketing arsenal.
Tip #3 - Call tracking and call recording allows for call coaching! By helping your sales team or front desk get better, you increase your chances of turning a phone call in to a conversion.
Bonus tips - Don’t be concerned about changing your number! If we're being honest most people don't memorize phone numbers any more. Nor do they save them in their phone's contacts unless it's going to be a number they call often.. By utilizing call tracking you're able to provide a better experience to your customer, and they'll thank you for it!
