Cook ANY steak perfectly using the #JKF method.
It can be SO confusing to know how to best cook a steak. There are so many different methods people swear by. Cast iron? Grilling? Reverse sear? Butter basting? And which method is best for the cut YOU have? Is it a tomahawk? Ribeye? Filet?
Cooking steak perfectly is not complicated. And it doesn't involve any complex methods. My philosophy is #JKF - just keep flipping. This works on EVERY steak - every thickness, every quality grade. It. Just. Works.
#JKF goes back to teaching people how to understand the actual art of cooking meat, rather than relying on specific equipment or cookers. It's easy, and you can absolutely nail the perfect steak at home.

I tried it and it worked really well! It can get tricky with steaks of different thicknesses though. Still, much easier and quicker than the reverse sear. Thanks.

Pretty much the way I've been cooking steak, but I leave mine on for 2-3 minutes a side... I will give the shorter time a go. I've tried the flip it only one time, but it ruins the meat. I never can figure out how so many chefs can recommend the one and done method.
