Hey guuurl, I'm vegetarian. You can try making cauliflower kebabs , half boil the cauliflower and grate , more or less the same as ur recipe but I do add bhajia mix to kebabs. You can also add coconut milk to make a more creamy sauce.

Oooh my mum in law makes this, yum I make chutney and add a little sugar to take away some of the acidity. I also add whole cloves of garlic to my chutney
