Mince kebab Chutney best served with roti & salad
Kebab mixture:
500grams lamb mince ( B.Nagiahs- A Grade lamb)
1 finely diced onion
2/3 diced green chilies
Handful of mint leaves
Less than a bunch of dhania/cilantro/coriander
Few sprigs of thyme
1.5tsp ginger & garlic
1 tsp jeera powder/cumin
1 tsp coriander powder/dhania
1 heaped tsp chili powder ( Kashmiri)
1 heaped tsp masala ( B.Nagiahs everyday Masala)
0.5 tsp turmeric
0.5 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
1 egg
Chutney:
Oil ( NH recipe- olive, ghee, coconut oil)
1 onion
6/8 jam tomatoes
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
1 tsp jeera powder/cumin
1 tsp coriander powder/dhania
2 tsp chili powder ( Kashmiri)
2 tsp masala ( B.Nagiahs everyday Masala)
0.5 tsp turmeric
1tsp sugar ( NH- sweetener)
Salt
Coriander to garnish
