Thank you for the video! ︎ I also went with my partner two years ago! We stayed at Aitutaki Lagoon Resort for 3 nights. I didn't have much to eat at the breakfast buffet. But the sandbank dinner was great. I miss you!

Chantra ol so neat! I’m normally a bit afraid of dogs, however the raro dogs are the best! I had a blast with all of them :)

Hi really nice video,thanks.which rooms did you book as this is pretty much exactly my ideal raro holiday?
@mistyalena54285 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Paul! I splurged on the oceanfront rooms for our accommodations at all properties. In Raro, we stayed at Muri Beach Club Hotel and Aro'a Beachside Inn. Both very different properties and worth a visit. Aro'a Beachside Inn has the best bar, Shipwreck Hut. It also has great snorkeling. Muri Beach Club Hotel is centrally located and next to all of the excursions and action. In Aitutaki, we stayed at Aitutaki Lagoon Resort and Spa. It is on a private island. We splurged on an Overwater Bungalow and it did not disappoint! We were able to book on Expedia for a heavily discounted rate.

Awesome video. Did any of the locals talk about what it was like to have Survivor film there?
@mistyalena54284 жыл бұрын
ThirteenJ we did not hear much about the filming, with the exception of some information on the Vaka Cruise

Very nice video. I also wanna visit cook islands. Can I have halal food there?
@mistyalena54285 жыл бұрын
I am not sure, but imagine so. I am a vegetarian and had no problems finding meals on either island.

Very nice. Having now been there, what ratio would you use in rationing your time between Rarotonga & Aitutaki. Aitutaki looks nice enough to spend the majority of a vacation there.
@mistyalena54285 жыл бұрын
Aitutaki is like a dream. I would spend the majority of your time there. In speaking with other travelers, we all agreed, weather is much better in Aitutaki. If you can get two nice days in Raro, that should be sufficient, however I'd schedule at least three just to be safe (rain!) Because of bad weather, we missed many snorkel spots in Raro... guess I need to go back!

Hi Guys absolutely loved your amazing journey in the cook island especially Aitutaki I am hoping to travel there in June 22 I was wondering if I could ask you for some advice about your drone use Was there any rules or laws regarding Drone use I have heard a few stories about DJI. Drones being in the NFZ no fly zone around airports we are staying at the same resort as you stayed at in Aitutaki right in the flight path Hope you can help me regards Darren
