100 gm lamb fat
2 onions
1 green bell pepper
2 hot peppers optional
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons oil
Salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon dried coriander
Half a teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
for salad

parsley
salt and sumac
to serve
French fries
pickled cucumber
