Can't wait to start serving meals like this in my new place. Quick question were you making a succotash with sausage by chance ? I'm only asking because depending on where the person is from; especially in the South it can be made differently. I make my version with okra, corn and stewed tomatoes. Some people add lima beans in place of the okra. Please keep doing your thang! Its very therapeutic to me after prayer. God bless.
