Summer is here and it's time to COOKING WITH Christopher Riley: This week Brown Butter Cod with Grains.
PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE NOTE: Once the fish is cooked, set to one side and cover. Take out the COOKED COD before combining the spinach with the Basmati & Quinoa.
This recipe includes: 25g butter, 150g Cod,1-2 Leeks, 150g Spinach, 1 Lemon, 250g Pre-Cooked Brown Basmati & Quinoa (or other grains if preferred), 2 tbsp Mustard Mayonnaise!
