This is a great recipe for a nice alternative brunch. Full ingredients are below and cooking times are in the video. Feel free to add more 'heat' if you prefer.
INGREDIENTS:
Olive Oil (for frying), 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1 red chilli, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 5 tomatoes, 4 eggs, Salt & Pepper
GARNISH
1 tbsp coriander
1 spring onion
Serve with Crusty bread.
