Looks yummy. I think Keebler or another big company used to make potato crackers, but they didn't use green onions. They don't make them anymore, but they were good. So, I'm glad you provided this recipe.

Can you elaborate on what is "soft" flour? What I have is "all-purpose", "sprouted whole wheat", "rye" or "pastry" flour. Will any of those work? (I'm in the US)

I believe that'd be cake flour or pastry flour in your case. I think those are the softest.
