6-7 Dosa ke lie
Suji - 1 cup
Besan - 1 tbsp
Gehu ka Atta - 1 tbsp
Namak - taste hisab se
Dahi - 1 cup
Pani - batter banane ke lie
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Oil - Dosa sekne ke lie
Oil - 1 tbsp
Sarso - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 8-10
Hari Mirch - 1
Ginger - 1 inch
Pyaaz - 1 slices, large size ke
Salt - to taste
Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Aloo - 5 (boiled, peeled, chopped)

Hi 😊....you make very interesting South and North Indian recipes and also present it in an interesting way. One thing I would like to tell you that you can spread a layer of coconut and garlic red chutney on the inner side of the Dosa before placing the masala it Really tastes awesome. One more thing. I use the same batter on the first day after fermentation for preparing soft and smooth idlis.. Learn A lot from Your Channel. Love from Planet Ayurveda.

I made this today. As my mixer didn’t grind the sooji into fine power, I put the soaked sooji mix into mixer again and ground to fine paste before diluting and adding soda. Result was awesome 👌👌👌 v crisp and perfect look. Thanks a lot bro for another dosa variety recipe 🙏🏻

@Aastha Kumari The Bhagat Tarachand Special Thali is also simply amazing and during lockdown if you're unable to visit, then why not try making it at home 😀 I recreated their entire special thali at home along with the papad churi, Kutchi beer and the Khichia papad and it was delicious 🤤😀 You must give it a try
