3 kg chicken
.800 gm onion
.300 gm tomato
5-6 green chilli
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
whole spices
8 kashmiri mirch
2 spoon salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
.100 ml oil
1 tbsp black pepper whole
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 big cardamom
2 cinemon stick
1 star anise
2 bay leaf
1 javitri
3 green cardamom
chop coriander

Namaste jee, Jitni recipe ke quantity ho utna he garam masala bana kar dikhaya karein please. Recipe bahut achi lag rahi hae, tava to hae nai, kadhai par he banayenge iss chicken ke bari. Bina pyaz tamatar aur lasan ko dalne ka tareeka unique laga. Apka namak aur vinegar sae meat dhone ka tareeka bhi acha lagta hae, aur marination ka bhi. Flame ko kitna rakhna hae har step par ye bhi sateek batate hain aap. Many Thanks
