ingredients:-
.200 gm chana dal
.400 gm all purpose flour
2 tbsp oil/ghee
salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
2 chop tomato
1 tbsp oil for dal tadka
chop coriander
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
3 green chilli
1 whole red chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
oil for frying
