I LOVE your oven/range. How do you like it? Is it gas? What kind is it?

Hi- thank you! I have actually grown to not love it. It’s a wolf and the burner knobs never hold a steady heat, they slip a lot. Also, food falls in crevices that are impossible to clean. In our next house I’m going to get an induction!

When you started to cook you put the mushrooms on the bottom rack in the oven however when you took them out of the oven they were on the top rack. That’s some bait and switch. Although the recipe looks good.

Good eye! But that was only because I took them out to check on them and then forgot which rack I put them on :)
