EASY AND JUICY OVEN BAKED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS STEP BY STEP
CLEANING CHICKEN (optional)
9 drumsticks chicken drumsticks (4.055lbs to be exact)
1 lime
1 cup of White distilled vinegar
1/4 cup of lemon or lime juice
SEASONING CHICKEN
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoons of smoked paprika
2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoons of chili powder
2 teaspoon of onion powder
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon slap your mama
2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning southern blend
1/4 cup of JCS Hot pepper sauce
Parsley (razzle dazzle )
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°
After cleaning and seasoning the chicken as seen in the video.
Place chicken in a cooking tray and put it underneath the oven middle rack uncovered at 400° for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes remove the chicken from the oven and flip the chicken to the other side then place it back in the oven in the middle rack uncovered at 400° for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from the oven take all the sauce from the bottom of the pan put it on top of the chicken and place it back in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes

yea my my family dominican and i always clean all my meats with vinegar and lime/lemon its a must to clean ur meat some people dont but i just cant just cook it from the store like that

I just made this...I used thighs and drumsticks and it was so good! I have been looking for a recipe for baked chicken. My mom made the best chicken and I never got her recipe before she passed away. I gotta say that this is nearly as good (Actually, It's probably just as good, but it's missing my mom...so....you get the picture). Thanks SO much Freddie. Yep it helps with the flavors, but brining, vinegars, lime lemon, they also kill bacteria, maybe not all but they do kill alot .i still and will always clean my chicken with them. Good video blessings
