I do this process always Connie I call it healthy chicken cause you are getting off the fat,she call the slime I call a membrane I do lemon pepper,or rosemary what ever flavor u r trying but she did an excellent job explaining how to clean up the bird,I have cholesterol,heart issues so the clean chicken is vital

I use lime or lemon 🍋 to remove the slime. Cut em in half and rub across the slime and it lifts it straight off

I've never seen such a great method for separating chicken leg quarters. Thank you!! I've always struggled with that. LOL, at 42 years old, I finally found a way to cut up my chicken.

Usually you see people asking all sorts of questions about the video. You explain and speak so clearly, thoroughly and repeat steps and ingredients that there is nothing to ask! Love watching you. It gets my butt in gear to cook. Maybe you can do a video on doing the dishes! :)
