Riveting allows you to join metal sheets or blanks without the use of heat or soldering. During the second part of the video, you'll learn Robert's own techniques to riveting.

Great tips with the cards. Why couldn't I think of that?! Also, how does one figure out what size drill bit to use for a certain gage of wire? I have tried to "measure" my drill bits with a wire gage measurer and a caliper, but it still feels like a guessing game for me. I never thought of hammering the hole to shrink it. I will be trying that little trick out asap! Thanks for the vid.
