How to Activate Battery if it can't charge - First Way
If the battey of Led is not flash while charging. Follow us to Activate Battery if it can't charge.
1. Turn the scooter on
2. Plug the charger in
3. Plug the charger out
4. Plug the charger in again until the Led of battery is blinking.
How to Activate Battery if it can't charge - Second Way
If the battey of Led does not flash while charging. Follow us to Activate Battery if it can't charge.
1. Turn the scooter on and off
2. After 5 minutes, turn it on and off
3. After 20s, turn it on and off
4. After 20s, turn it on and off
Now you can charge.
How to Activate Battery if it can't charge - Third Way
If the battey of Led does not flash while charging. Follow us to Activate Battery if it can't charge.
If you can't turn it on because the battery is too low.
1. Unscrew the back cover
2. Be careful and unplug the Led interface between motherboard and shell.
3. Unplug the connection between the battery and motherboard.
4. Connect it after 20s
5. Turn the scooter on, and plug charger in
6. If the Led of battery does not flash, plug charger out and plug in again

Hi. Charger led stay green while scoter has flashing yellow led. If displug light off. turn on charger yellow led flashing charger light stay green.. What problems and how can solve this.

Thanks. This works. At first, plug in and out does not help. Then wait minute or two, and turn board on and then plug - orange light blinking and charger become red. My board is different, but seems that the same rule apply. After non-stop riding in town, both LEDs becomes red. Then I put board into my car and drive home. Then refuse to charge. After short procedure in and out... now it charges properly.

Mine too, but on the Led on your charger did it flash mine stays green even do its flashing on the board

If you’re like me and you have a different make that when u plug in to charge the red light on the charger keeps flashing and clicking all you have to do is press the power button while it’s plugged in

Guys I hope this helps Mine wasn't charging the light on the charger was green and After 2 hours I went on the hover board and it turned red and blinked straight Away Finally after all this my sister put the charger in the right way The charger had to be on the side kind of try that It then turned yellow and the battery light is red So it's now charging my troubles where The charger was the wrong was round I hope this helps 🤣🤗😉

Jen Cubing for mine i replaced everything and i didn't realize that i had plugged in the battery light where the charger was supposed to be plugged in and vice versa. I switched the wires and now everything works. Give it a try

called a repair man for hoverboards. He said it was a problem with the battery itself. Needs to be replaced...

Yea, you need a new battery to fix this. I think this happens when the battery gets discharged more than it should. Luckily mine was still under warranty.
