Idk if anyone's mentioned it, but "Does not require a Jupiter." There are other mag-adapters depending on what you want to use it on. Yes, it works well with a Jupiter, but it's not the only compatible blaster. I love the look of it plugged into a Khaos myself.

My favorite part of the teaser firing shot is the huge pile of rounds already on the ground at that point. Frank was clearly having a good time. Also I laughed at "no n-strike barrel lug" for the first time in awhile.

Nerf is relying on gimics and not relying on performance. Because children will literally buy anything of its name brand. Or have their parent or guardian buy it for them, and over charge for what you get because they will do anything

A fun battle would be a bossfight between someone with the Proton Pack and a bunch of other guys, only modify the air intake to be a sort of funnel that, if aimed correctly, can be clogged with rival rounds, creating a sort of Halo Hunter scenario where you have to attack them from the back

There was something better than this in 2016 but they killed it due to cost. They didn't even want to go through a cost reduction effort.... Hasbro's big problem is that they're 100% focused on money, and not even in an intelligent way. They'll continue to shoot themselves in the foot.

Not to mention we tend to like our blasters stronger than what Hasbro is willing to make them. To them, "MOAR POWAH" = "potential lawsuits because someone got hurt" as well as their other issues as a company.

What a great review Frank! I loved watching the firing demo, and I think you're absolutely right that this would be super effective in HvZ. One thing I think you should have mentioned was that you can use the Proton Pack with other rival blasters, not just the Jupiter, if you have an adapter. I'm also excited to see how quickly this does the 430 dart challenge! 🧡💜💚

I used a broom to get them all in one area, then picked them up by hand. With some music playing and a good attitude, it's no big deal :)
