Every time I hear Corey speaks he speaks with such conviction. Like he truly believes in everything he says from the bottom of his heart. Love this dude

Corey is one of those guys you hear screaming and then hear him sing vocals too. An absolutely amazing talent and I am utterly glad he did not get lost during his drug and alcohol addiction. And absolute unit.

Corey has such a seriously dynamic voice I would never think he could sing that well or should I say clear haha

He’s been doing this for over 30 years though

@Nick te Lindert Yeah he almost lost his voice
@thaghost32604 жыл бұрын
Nick te Lindert Melissa Cross came in during Volume 3 to show Corey how to scream properly because the way he was screaming was destroying his voice

@@youfooldaily3915 I agree, sounded nothing like iowa, it was too deep to be iowa-like.

1:20 we're looking at you Matt Heafy 👀😂 FR I'm glad he's looking after his voice but damn has he lost a lot of the grit & power/projection in a live setting, he still sounds great on their latest records of course. 😢🤘
@Joaoo8002 жыл бұрын
still kicks ass tho, he's actually improving somehow, just compare his live vocals now to the AHIG era live vocals, it's much better
@peaner0832 жыл бұрын
@@Joaoo800 Agree. Matt's vocal is much better now. Love the last couple of Trivium albums.
@Jacob-mo1io2 жыл бұрын
Think that's less due to extensive practice, and more sticking to much safer techniques to cause as little vocal strain as possible

When Will Music Institute Release A Full Interview With Stone Sour & Their were suppose 2 Release Of Mice & Men Interview but Didnt.

Ignacio Cervantes I don’t think the Musicians Institute ever releases any of these to the open public.

I can vouch for what he said about the three hour warm up, its pretty bad for your voice. You're only supposed to warm up for about thirty minutes max otherwise you'll fuck up your throat. At least that's what most singing teachers have told me.

The fact that you just start from an illegal voice...illegal!

Ha ha ha. This. Is. Cool. Im listening too him worming. Up. And. How. He. Dus. It. But. Dam. Hes. Good. Hes. Real. Good. Talk about screaming and yelling and belting out a tune. And. Sing ing stuff in your head. Its fun too hear people worm up. Because. I hav. Friends in mettle bands. That. Do the. Saim thang. But thats. The way too. Do it Kasey Leigh Kelley

A lot of us agree, they have the ability to video/record every interview & stage performance that happens in that auditorium but they never seem to bother with it.
