Maybe because while Cg fans talk like they were squeaky clean civilians before mr k was caught while in actuality they were literally nonstop robbing cops and literally doing terrorism against mosely's with Dundee, and while the cops couldnt prove it was them every civilian involved said it was CG and Dundee. @@mattdriksna5750 mr k's real estate business was overturned before the incident even occurred. and ramee had been gettin barred from lawyer tasks since 2 weeks into his lawyer arc. neither had anything to do with being arrested lol. they were being treated as criminals well before ever gettin arrested.

Let's be honest, the real estate thing was never going to work long term because people would rather get a few friends and pitch in to buy a house together instead of renting one room of a duplex or triplex for like $10,000 per week. The rent to own idea was actually pretty good though, but we're 3 months into 4.0 now so pretty much everyone has enough cash to buy a house at this point without even doing rent to own.

The PD had no reason to suspect they were violent criminals, but they treated them like they were in 3.0 still and has full extensive records whilst they were both clean. When ramee shot benji without a mask on saab decided not to detain him and gsr test him and let him walk away, and then told CG that the company was trying to rat Ramee out. And with Cornwood ramee turned up on an active scene and cornwood asked to search him to make sure he was clean and found a PD armour on him but just told him its illegal and that he would be keeping it and let ramee leave. Like the cops literally rp that they either dont know CG exists or that they have no idea who CG's members are.
