Daniel Lopez Cody has won a single fight after getting koed 3 times in a row, Petr got his title fight after beating old Faber. Sterling is on a 5 fight win streak, including a dominant wins over munhoz, the guy who knocked out Cody , and choking out sandhagan.

It is so nice to hear that Cory is staying ready and training pretty much full go to be a back up fighter. I am honestly 80% certain that Aljo will pull out, he has been nursing a neck injury that he has been open about. Would be a good scrap, a much better one than Aljo one. As Cory would strike with Petr, and american striker vs Russian Master of Sport in Boxing, the guy who thought about going to olympics in boxing... Would love to see that fight.

Cory got caught, and that fight never got started.... he did not dismantle Cory. Just the same way Marlon, did not dismantle Aljo... aljo just got caught. I prefer thorough beat downs, where there are no questions who is better.... see fight Petr vs Faber,or Petr vs Aldo. Pure dominance. Petr is better, Aljo needs to get lucky and catch Petr in complacency... Petr just needs to his dominant self.

In watching this I wonder to myself. Why the hell doesn't the UFC do shows like this? They don't give any indication to who their fighters are outside of pre/post fight cookie cutter interviews or prefight montages.

the GOAT 🐐 and P4P #1 are 2 completely different things ,as well as pound 4 pound all times opposed to P4P among active fighters. The pound 4 pound suffers from recency bias where as the goat title should always be the fighters entire career the full catalog so to speak. then take someone that's on a 30 fight win streak in the ufc all big names would hold a top P4P spot even if they lost their first 10 fights..
