I found this out when attacking my first missile base. Tried to hide behind an asteroid as I was retreating, and they just swarmed around both sides of the rock and my ship and kept coming like Terminators. Terrifying if you're unprepared, haha.

HEs are like a boomerang. They always come back for they are fucking bloodthirsty, and that's why we love them.

I think we all discovered at some point that the true sniping in this game is a stray missile to the butt.

That's why I love missiles they always hit what they're aiming at if they're guided

I wonder if anyone's ever built a HE Missile Spammer Boat designed specifically to intentionally try to swing Missiles around and overshoot a target on purpose just to turn around to aim for the Bumhole...: >:D

Ha! I hate this enemy for how I have to destroy EVERYTHING but the hyperdrive, power and cockpit to be able to get anything salvageable out of it, but also my mining & manufacturing ship has 2 HE launchers as its main weapons, and I thoroughly enjoyed the couple of times I got to kill its cockpit with a boomerang like that while leaving the rest of the ship pretty much intact for salvage.

Target missiles at the farthest point in the back and hope they miss and come back to bite from behind. Really up to luck, that is if you can afford it.
