Do you have any tips for looking for a starting point truck like you found for 1k? Was it a salvage title you found online, or just went hunting, etc? Thank you for the walk through, nice rig!

I just look around if it’s going to be a rock crawler it doesn’t have to be the nicest. Find vehicles that have problems with something you are already going to be changing like diffs or transmissions that will knock a lot off. The trans in my truck didn’t have 1st gear but I planned on swapping a w56 anyways.

I am just broke last year and have been going through a divorce so I haven’t had time and money to fix it

Honestly nothing I would have went exo cage right off the bat but it suits my wheeling style better

Nice truck as I said before. Have you thought about running on board air through ac compressor?

I have for the constant air but there is draw backs to any system with the engine inoperable it won’t make air.

Shocking, and you got off cheap. I don't talk about what the Land Cruiser has cost me and it isn't as badass.
