When I did my holley sniper a few years ago, there was hardly any forums to help with setup on a 22r. Holley didn't help at all. I finally got in contact with a guy that did holley tuning locally and he helped me out alot

I'm riding that Sniper Donkey with my FJ60. The 22R has much better designed intake ports then the old 2F, but if you are thinking about going this route, make sure you have fairly even compression and a good smooth vacuum reading before pulling the trigger. Carry a spare GM style EFI fuel filter and a spare O2 sensor (Bosch 17025), a few extra "high quality" hose clamps and extra 3/8's fuel line. Need a fuel pressure gauge too. They are pretty sweet.

I put the same settings on the holley in my 22r but for some reason i cant get it to run past 60mph. Its as if it loses power on 4th and 5th gears. Any ideas? This carb has got me stumped.

Doing one on my 83 stoker now. I didn't see any links for the throttle cable you wound up going with. How is it working out? I need to address that now.

Where did you put the brown tachometer wire to? You said that it Has to be hooked up for it to run But where does it go?

If its possible you think you could send me your config file for the tune ?

I had asked on the other video but what was your total cost for everything needed on this, gona sell my got propane kit for “dual fuel” I guess, seems like it’s a pretty good product

Doesn’t hooking up the vacuum lines that way work against one another? Hooking them both to a source of vacuum?

Great to see more 1st gens going with the Sniper. I'm almost done my. Installed an in tank fuel pump. Just have to finish off the wiring and throttle linkage. Do you have a link for the one you used?

I was/am considering this for my first gen pickup but I've heard a few people tell me the sniper system in unreliable. Have you had any problems at lower speeds with it? I assume you don't daily with it?

What did you set all your timing to for this setup?
