Hi Raed, apartments in the Pearl come either furnished or unfurnished. There's not too much difference in the price. Mesaieed is quite far from the Pearl and you have to drive through the main part of the city - about an hour drive with some traffic. I would definitely recommend living closer to Mesaieed - Al Wakrah is probably the best option other than Mesaieed itself.

@@Synchrosk8r08 how you give a payment?? Many Real Estate agents demand Cheque But if somebody had a fund in European Bank then how to give payment to real estate agent to buy a freehold property??

The great thing about QQ is that the buildings are low-rise so you don't have to live in a big tower, and the scenery around there with the canals and colorful buildings is really pretty. I think the main downside is that there's no pool/gym and the apartments tend to be a bit smaller.

Depends, Porto Arabia are the biggest and easily 200 sqm, Viva and QQ tend to be a bit smaller.
