i had a customer that would pay me 1500 for a 360 mile run, one day i saw central Oregon hauling my load. come to find out my customer said Oregon central offered to do the load for 900 $.. 😂😂😂. cheap💩💩💩

They just got bought out, they’ve lowered the pay for new hires and in that letter it’s implied that they are considering doing something for the current drivers too as far as pay reduction maybe even benefits reduction. And you and I have been out here long enough to know them saving money is not going to equal better equipment ever. especially with TFI taking over and I get that they’re trying to incentivize drivers to work harder, but what that translates to me is they want drivers to stay out longer and be home less. That’s not what I signed onto this company for. I’m probably gonna be looking for another job if I’m being honest. The writing is on the wall, bro.

People hate when a company change pay. But I agree I think incentive pay is the way to go and like you said you still can get 64 cent a mile so I don’t think it a pay decrease but do your job to earn it. Thanks for the update.

I stand by what I said before, it is their company and they can run it as they see fit, I will take my 37 years experience and a clear DMV/CSA score to another company who appreciates its drivers and new hires and pays them accordingly, not dinging it to the new hire. Just my point of view and no loss to either

The more drivers you refer the more tgey labor pay decrease because its no new science.. supply increase ..demand decrease. Why do you think Mega carriers are handing ot cdl to everybody? To pay less and less by saturating the market.
