Newcastle at present do not have a right side. Their best right winger is out on loan.. If Newcastle replace Wilson with someone less injury prone and with a better work rate, and sign a 1st team rw with minteh returning, for next season you'll get to see a balanced squad for the first time under howe. This will allow to rest key players and as a result less injuries. That's key for extra games, and for a top 6 side.

This is a strange debate. Why were you talking about the managers rather than the clubs? The best manager of the year isn't even in the top 6. With the resources available and the situation that he inherited - as much as it pains me to say it - is Gary O'Neill. If we are talking about which club could get into Top 3 ahead of Liverpool.
