It's the same guy. The company that own the Buckethead character decided to stop him using it put forward their own candidate wearing the suit to monetise it.

Boris is very well versed in Ancient Greek and Roman history. He has actually appeared in a few documentaries on such topics, and yes, he does indeed speak Latin.

I have my suspicions that Count Binface might actually be Chris Eubank? Coincidentally, Eubank is a leading brand of another household product, the sweeper. Ah, if only more people would hop on the whole "abolish lordship" train, it'd be leaving the station one morning and returning triumphant by tea time. No more lords, no more wealthy privilege, bank accounts capped and the excess allocated to actual useful societal projects like housing, education, health care... as opposed to a glorified mattress full of bank notes on the fucking Isle of Man.
