Yes, I know the track from the begining, because in the day, we have already ride this road during the morining with 14 other vélomobiles !

Read the discussion below and visited the manufacturers websites, because i found it hard to believe that it only has front suspension. Their website states that the Milan has suspension on all three wheels. Don't know about the Milan SL, but i think it's very unlikely that they dropped the rear-suspension on that model, which is more expensive than the basic Milan. Personally i'd go for a Quest or a WAW, but i hate it when there are wrong facts mentioned in KZfaq comments

Hi, The cruising speed is about 40-50 km/h (with me ^^) but in general, the speed cruising is around 30-40 km/h My speedmax is 110 km/h in downphill (4.5% during 3 km) sorry for my "french" english language ^^

Thanks for the information. I was told by one velomobile owner that a velomobile needs to have a suspension to be safe. The speeds are so high the wheels will be off the ground too much without suspension. What do you know about that?

The milan is just suspended in the front wheels, but no suspension in the back, like the Waw.

You ride the Waw as intended :) But you probably are a stronger rider also, right?

Le vélomobile ne peut pas protéger de la foudre car il n'est pas en métal (effet cage de faraday impossible). Mais quoi qu'il arrive, je préfère rouler sous l'orage avec mon vélomobile plutôt qu'avec mon vélo normal ! ^^

Milan is sure fast on good roads, but wow, no suspension? My Quest rides like a canoe with brakes.

The Milan is more aerodynamic, lighter, and has a reducer frontal areal. But he has no suspension, while the Waw has a supension on the front wheels. So the Waw is more comfortable. And less expensive.

i prefer the real sounds of the road and stuff happening, if I want music i can always mute sound of video and play pusic myself.

On the roads, sometimes the chains jumps and derailes because the bumps. The Milan SL is stable because its center of gravity is even lower, without suspension. It is not unsafe. No suspension may be better than a poorly damped suspension. I have an Alleweder A4 velomobile which is higher. Its front suspension is too soft, its rear suspension is bouncy. Its' not safe.
