The problem that Arishem is going to have is that even if you put darkhawk counters into the deck you are always less likely to pull them than darkhawk is to pull his win condition. I think Arishem is going to get murdered in the opening week

Arishem makes me think of a High Evo type of card. Under powered for the cost, but you want it for the effect and it should be pretty competitive as long as your base deck is solid. Looks like mill decks are going to have their turn in the time out corner.

Another wave point that Cozy didn't say (I'm commenting as I'm watching so maybe he touches on this) is that if you play Wave on 2, you can play next turn but your opponent can't unless they got extra energy from something. So it could force your opponent to skip a turn while you play a 5 or 6 cost card.

I'm am going into conquest the second he comes out. Putting a rogue and enchantress and blob in the deck to counter Darkhawk gamers. No one will be prepared for the random bullshit. I aslo think he will be great with the High evo cards. Extra energy means a lot of extra value from Evo Misty Knight, Evo Cyclops, and Evo Hulk.

I think DR STRANGE should be an activate card and similar to Nico. I mean, Dr. Strange is such an iconic character that he has such a niche ability in Marvel Snap. The coolest thing about Arishem, even if everyone is running him first week, even with the SAME EXACT deck, it will not feel like mirror match up because of the random cards, such a cool card.

Ok, listen, I'm with Alex on the Adam Warlock train. Phastos in your deck now, if Adam gets -1 energy, you play it turn 3, if he gets +2 power, you get better chance to draw. What else do you want? Also, 100% agree with wave and, that's why I'll play Agatha. Guaranteed Agatha turn 3? YUM.

From what I've researched Teppanyaki is correct and often Americans say Hibachi (a different cooking style) when they should say Teppanyaki. Certainly open for correction! In the U.S., the phrase “hibachi-style” is occasionally used to refer to what is really teppanyaki cooking. Hibachi grills are called shichirin in Japanese and are small, portable barbecue grills that are made from cast iron. You guys are undervaluing the potential of this deck to make M'Baku work. Think about this, Arishem, Thanos, Quicksilver, Domino, Agatha. Your starting hand has only one random element to it, and you're basically GUARANTEED not to draw M'baku in game. Bam, free 1/2 every time.

Regarding the topic on emotes. I’ve been playing competitive magic off and on for 25 years and play competitive offline fighting games for about 7 years now. Not shaking hands or fist bumping after a match is considered to be pretty rude. I was very surprised to see people get so upset after seeing a fist bump after a game. I do it on all games, win or lose as I consider it to be good sportsmanship. I can definitely understand the Miss Marvel emote though, it’s definitely a middle finger. Lol

I think they should change Spider-Man 2099 text to every time this card moves, destroy a card at the location. It makes no sense that-that it’s a one time ability meanwhile, Gambit can destroy cards so long as you got cards in your hand. You can potentially move Spider-Man2099 a total of 3-5 times in a “perfect world”.

That's too damn powerful. There's a real cost for Gambit's ability but nothing for 2099. In a game where you play 6 to 9 cards in the game on the average that 1 card could kill 5 of them with no downfall is just absurd.

@@Khay-77 idk man, because being at a Cost 5, your potential to move it is so little and maybe too late if you haven’t already buffed your Human Torch, MM and Vulture, you don’t really get to move it too much. Maybe not DESTROY EVERY TIME IT MOVES, but reset at the beginning of each turn that’s potential 2 cards destroyed by the end of game.

I will try a deck that basically has 1 important card for every archetype or at least some archetypes. Like Anhilus, Carnage, black knight, hela...basically trying to "predict" the randomness and basically giving yourself a better chance to get good combos.

Curious about the activation order of start of game cards, Thanos activates before High Evo, but dose High Evo activate before or after Arishem? If Arishem goes first then High Evo affects the random cards he adds to the deck, after he would not. Also what if Thanos or High Evo are one of the random 12 cards added? Also Pixie + Arishem = RNG madness, can't wait to try this combo.
