Is it possible that a fracture is undetected even with a CBCT scan? Tried root canal procedure twice with no luck. My CBCT scan showed no fracture in tooth but my pain is not going away. I went to the best doctor in town and even she is unable to manage my pain. My canals are cleaned so the only possibility is a crack which I ruled out by a CBCT but I need to know that are there any fractures that doesn't show in the CBCT scan?
