Follow along and make your own -- you'll need some chipboard (thin cardboard), ruler, a blade and hot glue.

Too late... I ordered quantum internal supports that were installed last week.

If you want more rigid box girders, either put your internal reinforcements in at an angle to the sides or use a v-shaped reinforcement. These will prevent the girder from folding flat without major tearing, which will dramatically increase the rigidity of the member.
