Craft a CL-K Cargo Loader: Part 1

2 жыл бұрынHere are my steps for creating the skeleton of the CL-K Cargo Loader.
Follow along and make your own -- you'll need some chipboard (thin cardboard), ruler, a blade and hot glue.

You could add weights in the front of the ship to balance it. Put the weights in the part of the arm that sits on the table.

What about ballast all the way forward in the arms? Keeping the anti-grav look would be nice.

I was going to sugest ballast as well. Some 10d [ten penny] nails in each of the arms would work. About 1/3 the weight in nails split between them with hot glue. You can also use old tire balance wieghts, free for the asking from tire places. They can't reuse them. Just tell them you glue them into things for wieght. 🙂

How about adding a piece of MDF to the cargo tray.
