Crafting Newel Post Caps Made Easy with a Simple Jig

In this video I show how I make some newel post caps using my spindle moulder and table saw. I use a very simple jig to hold the pieces safely as I machine them.

The small table saw. 😂 Love the idea of tilting the fence, rather than the blade. Actually looks a lot safer & more accurate than tilting the blade. And your insert can stay put.

A tip when using sony vegas when editing to get rid of the unsmooth ghosting, after importing clips to the timeline right click > properties > under "switches" change from "smart resample" to "disable resample" - do a few tests to see the difference for yourself but a detailed video here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ar-ApMl5rtTSqaM.html
