I have been painting since August. I now only buy DAC! I only can get them when they have a sale but I know I’m getting quality! There is nothing worse than spending hours on a painting that sucks! I never have to worry about DAC! I love them!!

you and stitcherista are the reason I started diamond painting on my channel. The reason I brought my first DAC canvas is because of all the good reviews you gave. I wasn't aware that this was going on because like you said if you don't like a video I don't watch it. I love you and your family. I'm sorry you feel this way. when I got the wrong painting from them over the summer. I didn't know what to do. but I remembered your video about how helpful they are. so I contacted them and they fixed it. I won't stop loving you I learned so much and you've been nothing but helpful and kind.

First of all: I like your channel. I like YOU for being knowledgeable, and for sharing that with us for free. I like your humor. You crack me up. I like to see DPs before I buy them. THANK YOU FOR THESE THINGS!! Secondly: I am so sorry that you are going through this mess and being bullied. I want to have my own KZfaq channel, but don't yet for this very reason. It's sad and wrong. I will end on another happy note: I appreciate that you are 1 of the people who "talked me into" trying DAC, because I was convinced I would never spend that much on a DP when I 1st discovered them through a pop-up ad just over a year ago. I only bought from the less expensive companies until May of 2019. I am just now drilling my 1st DAC (Dahlia), and I absolutely love it so far. It is so much more fun when the drills are great and the canvas is printed so beautifully. So, thank you, thank you, thank you! Please keep it up, for all of us (There are almost 6,600 of us, haters!!) who do appreciate you.

😀 I listened to the whole rant. I thought about just giving you a thumbs up and moving on, but really wanted to support what you said. One of the things I've learned in my life is, anytime you bring a group of women together, there is always drama. And it ain't pretty most of the time. For whatever reason (my money is on jealousy and immaturity) a lot of women find it difficult to support strong women. You are one of those strong women. Stay that way and do it your way. It's easy to say ignore the haters, but we all have feelings and that can be hard to do. So, keep your sense of humor and just tell them (excuse my immaturity for a moment here) this...if I want your opinion, I'll slap it out of you!!! I just recently found you and Rachel and this wonderful hobby. I would really hate to see you go. Don't let the haters win. Keep on keeping it real!!! Oh, one more thing. Suck it up buttercup and get your butt to the doctor. You owe it to your family to take care that you don't get blitzed by a sneak attack that could have been prevented with s visit to your doctor.

Shoot, aside from an Ever Moment, and my Halloween Cat from Amazon, all the canvases I’ve done have been DAC. I love DAC - quality drills, quality pictures, artists are paid for their work being used.... all good things, that I am so happy about! Anyone who thinks you have anything to do with how DAC deals with people who have a problem with DAC, are idiots. Like you said - they don’t pay you, so they can just move right along and bitch at someone who cares - which is likely no one. If you picked a fight with a company an got popped for it, that’s your problem. No one else cares that ‘waaah DAC is being mean to me!’ Ridiculous. Act like adults, for gods sake.

Heck, if I stopped shopping at stores I had a bad experience with I'd never shop. I wouldn't work either because I currently work at a store where I once had a bad experience many years ago.

I am only about 5 minutes into your video & just want to state a couple things. I am heartbroken at hearing your voice. Sweetie, you do you! There are many many more people who love you and enjoy your videos and enjoy the joy of just hearing your voice! Don’t let one person change YOU! Let me yell you how what you do makes a difference to me. 🌸 the past 2 months have been the hardest in my life~~ my twin daughter suffers from depression and ultimately after trying to take her life was involuntarily taken to a mental health facility. Shortly after her return home, her twin was raped. My marriage is pretty much over in every way. Anyway, it’s you I seek out to get away from the reality of life. Your videos make me smile/ laugh when I didn’t have the strength to get up each day. It’s you who I have learned so much about diamond painting. I can go on and on about your impact of you on me. I lurk most of the time and rarely comment or speak but I surely look forward to your videos, live chats, and wip n chats it I am there. You make my day a little bit brighter. This is true, always two sides of the story and unfortunately we only hear the one side. Why would you be the one to get someone blocked? That's just crazy. I like DAC and work for another DP company as well. I have several DAC paintings, in fact just finished one. I hear several people getting blocked and can't even imagine why a company would do that, but obviously those customers are getting nasty with the company. So sorry you were accused of what happened to that person(s). 😁

I am so glad you made the statement of everyone's had a bad experience with a company. It all in how you handle it. Give them a chance to fix it. And if you are not satisfied then you have an actual issue. The fact that they don't feel the love you get is an issue for them. Continue to do the great job you do. I bet they will watch this entire video and will still miss the point of it. You can't fix crazy and you can't understand it so don't bother. 😀 BTW... I'm glad you are sticking with that canvas. I'm hating mine but I'm determined to finish it.

I love seeing DAC unboxings and they are a top of the line when it comes to diamond paintings. I say to people that they are a great company. I live there paintings just don't know where I would put some of them in my home but the ones I like are so cute and would have fun doing them. They have such great colors for a painting. Stick with it and stay on KZfaq please because you help in so many ways with your videos. I live your honesty and stand up for yourself.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life is “damned if you do” and “damned if you don’t”. I have watched you for a little bit now and I like you, your personality and the way that you’re a straight shooter. I’m not sure why someone would cause this much drama. Whoever this person is that’s stirring this pot needs to lick the spoon and shut the F*** the up! I’m a new subscriber to you. I’ve not even started my first diamond painting yet. But I’m almost set up to start! It’s sad that you’ve had to dedicate this time to try to educate idiots. I got my first DAC last week and they are wonderful and I understand why you like them. You have every right to rant here. You don't work for DAC, you promote all DP companies and test their products and compare with others. As far as I can see I haven't see you start any drama online. Please dont let these selfish people ruin your experience streaming. I love your video's, when I made it to one of your livestreams I felt like I was sitting there with you working on my DP. I like to see someone who gets items earlier because then I can plan on what I can buy in the future. And because of you and your FB page, I started crocheting again. I'm working on organizing my time to do everything I love and your channel encourages me to do it. So thankyou for what you do.

I feel you! I just want to let you know, with my experience, the numbers have come a lot slower after 5k for myself as well. I think it is normal. I just want to encourage you here (not at all S.P.). I have wondered why I never see you anymore. I figured you got super busy with your channel and family. I miss seeing you, but understand. It saddens me that you aren't coming around anymore because of drama. I work hard to avoid the drama, but sometimes it just falls in your lap. I have had nothing but kindness from you and it really sucks to see people hating on you like this. It is extremely immature/childish. The average age of diamond painting video viewers is in the mid 40's. By this time, most adults know how to play nice. I honestly do not understand why these people can't act their age. It is truly sad!!! Keep doing you. It works!!! 🥰🥰🥰

This had me in tears Mrs. C&C. I guess I was raised in a different place or a different time than other people because I don't understand how people can be so vitrolic about anyone. What gives anyone the right to bash someone else? There are people in my personal life who have truly done me wrong but I don't take out ads or even mention them on social media and tell everyone what they did and how horrible I think they are. There are so many youtubers out there for diamond painting, crocheting, coloring, or any damn diy and craft out there. So why seek out those that you don't like? I don't have time to sit and watch video after video after video. I pick and choose those that I like and I watch those, I subscribe to those. Every once in a while I'll even go thru my subscriptions and take out the ones I don't watch much. I also add those that seem interesting and I like their personality (like yours, like Stitcherista, like Rachel, and Pippa). I would hate to see you give up your channel. It would leave a hole in my day that would be hard to fill. I hope you chose to stay but understand if you don't. And dammit, I want to own a DAC, I don't care what anyone else says. I love the pics so I'm saving to own at least two or three,. I own what canvases I do, because I take a chance on a company that I love the pic for. So far I've not had a bad experience and even if I did, I sure as heck wouldn't go online and scream about it. I will scream if I love the canvas and have had a great experience, but if you (universal you, not.. you.. um.. you).. don't like the company, okay. Okay this is long and I'm trying not to want to go beat people up *LOL*.. To quote a reliable source, "You do you boo-boo" and to hell with everyone else.

:-) Wow, I don't know what all this is about, but I hate that is happening to you. But you are right to get it off your chest and stand up for yourself! I love the stories you share, it's why I watch your channel whenever I can. I hate the drama queens, especially anyone that causes drama yet blames others for it. "Lace that.... and wear it!" I spit out my lemon water and fell over laughing. Thank you for sharing your life with us, you deserve some privacy too. I hope having this rant has released the stress that has been preventing you from enjoying what you once loved to do! YOU ROCK MAMA! P.S. GOOD GOD! I Love you, Miss Coffee! I very rarely comment as I usually binge watch/listen to your channel when I can. But YES I listened to every word and I would just like to say that you are a humongous bright spot in my life. I love listening to you chat and laugh...you crack me up. I love that you are so sassy and just tell it like it is. Please don’t change and never worry about what the haters and jealous folks think. They are petty people. I love love love your personality. Please don’t stop making videos. It would be such a shame for you to let the immature children have any affect on how “you do you”! I am a quiet fan, but still a fan none the less and just want you to know how important you are to some of us out here who need this in their life to help them just get through the day. I collect collectible dolls I was in the collectible doll community we had drama like this there also people bashing other people just be caught and I left that community and here we go again I wish people would just grow up like you said and I agree we are supposed to be adults but yet some act like children

Mrs Coffee I'm so sorry for all this. It's seems on social media on every platform people are not happy unless they are starting drama 😔. It doesn't mattter what community you're part of. I have no idea why people have to hate on others. It's like they thrive on making drama its like they what to bring us down because we are successful. If they get banned or blocked it's never their fault is always someone else fault. I'm new to diamond painting and only found your channel a week or two ago.. But you're my favorite 'tuber in the community so far. You've got a great sense of humor and your voice is very relaxing. I like your content a lot. I'm sorry some people are being nasty, sounds like that person is wrongly putting all their frustrations on you. I had no idea who they were, and what diamond painting was, but because of my love of arts & crafts, I ordered my very first painting...Four Seasons Tree, and I was immediately hooked on diamond painting! They are an amazing company, and I have ordered many many more paintings from them, and will continue to do so! You are my favorite KZfaqr for DPs because you keep it 100, no sugar coating. If you love it, you show it. If you hate it, you show it. All the haters are jealous, pure and simple. I found out about DAC through you, but I would rather have 3 quality paintings than 20 cheap crappy ones from Aliexpress. You don't know how many shitty days I've had that watching one of your video have brightened and how much of your knowledge has kept me from buying crappy products. Okay I just got to say I diamond painted due to videos.. I saw on how to do it.. I got away from it and started cross stitching and watching Flosstube. Everyone is happy to show haul and we call it enabling. I do floss tube videos with cross stitch.. if I can embark any wisdom... just do you boo.. your tribe will find and join you! Continue to enable others by showing what you found and are painting on... don’t let the haters bring you down. Be proud of you and your channel.. for sharing. It is not your responsibility to take on other people’s feelings.. if they don’t like it they can move on. Love the channel.. keep it coming!

You are one of my favorite you tubers and the first one I found for diamond painting. I don't care what companies you support and which ones you don't. We are all grown ups and have the right to our individual tastes and choices. Hang in there!! People are jealous. I have some small issues with DAC but I am still buying from them. I also have 2 FB accounts. 1 for my family and close friends and 1 for my hobbies.
