Hi sir , very meticulous examination I must say , but I think we're not supposed to tell the child about the finger coming for accommodation we just bring it infront of the eyes and notice the accommodation. Kindly clarify. Thank you.

ASALAM O ALIKUM, Sir do we tell anticipatiory to the patient that it's GOOD smell.What I have seen we usually let the patient figure out what he/she smells.🤔 Kindly guide

You have to check each nostril, closing one side, each with a different smell
