Harold Ramis (original SCTV member/writer before leaving for movie success) returned to the show just once in November of 1982 to inhabit this rubbery one-off character, Allan "Crazy Legs" Herschmann.
Shamelessly aping Python, Ramis still somehow manages to make it his own. A fun little overlooked SCTV moment.

They should have had Crazy Legs turn out to really be Moe Green, returning to get his revenge on SCTV for not paying the ransom when he was kidnapped.

I love that as harsh as they view him, the punishment he gives Guy is to produce a PSA at his own expense. And even then, he didn't really care about the specifics.
