【Ingredients-4x-】

1.Cheese cream 0:14
20ml heavy cream
15g sugar
10g honey
10g egg
1tbsp cake flour
70g cream cheese
2.Bread dough 2:05
120g all purpose flour
2g dry yeast
1/2tsp honey
65ml cold water
2 pinches of salt
10g unsalted butter
3.Shape 4:13
Let dough rise for 40 minutes
4.Last step 7:49
some cookie crumbs
300ml water
a pinch of salt
6g baking soda
Bake at 200 degrees about 12 minutes
Ending 10:45
