A very gooday to you all and in this video, not only do I make a delicious recipe I sampled for the first time in France - Creamy Paprika Chicken with Rice - I also discuss my plans for video content on this channel in 2024 . . .
Also in this video I share various clips of my motorcycle adventures on a BMW R1200GS Adventure, back in July and September 2022 and in both Scotland and France.

Hi Kevin…after watching your painting upkeep video and listening to your advice regarding your cooking videos, I returned to the paprika chicken video and watched your remarkable food prep. Now its bedtime and I’ve become very hungry for a well prepared meal with wine. I will have to remind myself…as I have in the past…to watch your cooking videos in the late morning so I can purchase the needed items for prep before dinner time. Oh well, maybe it will provide me with flavorful dreams tonight. Thanks ever so much for keeping all of us viewers entertained for years and years with simple but very likable conversation during your travels.

Just enjoyed a sumptuous meal of creamy paprika chicken cooked by my hubby, who never normally cooks. He did it as a birthday treat and after my sponsored bike ride of ** miles, one for every year of my life. That's quite a few cos I'm quite an old lady. Thanks for recipe and expert tutorial.

It is so very good that you are back again. I hope you relaxed and enjoyed your time away from videoing. It sounds exciting to hear about you taking your bike and traveling around and going camping. When I was a young girl my dad had a motorcycle and he would take me for rides. I just loved it. I also did oodles and oodles of camping my whole adult life I'm not doing any of those things anymore so I will be very happy to travel with you via the KZfaq your dinner sounds absolutely delicious I may have to try to make it. Yes, Kevin’s cooking! All is right with the world. Every moment, from when you tell us the ingredients to when you enjoy that first bite so thoroughly, that’s a blast! I was eating my deli oven-roasted turkey, shredded iceberg lettuce, gluten-free bread, and mayo triple-decker sandwich with a side of yellow corn tortilla chips, lullaby a dessert of a single Hershey’s milk chocolate Nugget. The reason it was a triple-decker was I somehow had messed up half of each slice of bread, so I cut the messes off and threw them in the trash. Toasted what was left and concocted my sandwich. Delish! I look forward to motorcycling wherever you want to go in Scotland. I’ll have to have my motion sickness bracelets on if any of the ferry rides are tumultuous. But that’s OK, I have some right by my chair where I sit and watch. See you next time. Oh, I forgot to say welcome back, Kevin!

Another great cooking class. Basil! One of my favorites of John is when the little red car stalls out and he gives it "a darn good thrashing". Season 10 was great, mishaps and all. Great attention to detail. I think you got back to you and the basics. The horses herding and being horses was special. Green zones are indeed quite lame giving certain circumstances and are absolutely hypocritical. Putting the coal to my 502 cid 70 SS Chevelle is a green as it gets. As far as your complaints about canal conditions and mooring spots. You are a paid up river Boatsman. As Supertramp said "You got a bloody well right to say." Three cheers to Aset! Goddess of magic and love. Safe travels to you.

I know that you are only cooking for one but you do so very well in your limited galley space. Can you imagine working in one of those vast open space kitchen/diners that the luvvies seem to want nowadays? You'd be exhausted from the hiking between chopping board and cooking stove. My family is from Hungary and chicken paprikas is a normal meal in my life. We emigrated to the USA in the 1930s outside Budapest.

Goodness me that looks absolutely delish,me and the teenager have just polished off some breast of lamb with gravy and all the trimmings,perhaps you might consider it in the future.we were gifted an air fryer so did a stove top hours simmer with all the root veg then crisped it up in the air fryer forr 15 mins...so good! Best of luck with your travels this year,May and September are best months for Scotland with no midges and decent weather

Looks superb I'll have to try that, thanks Kevin. The rice looked blitzed, but that's microwave rice for you, I guess. I've always got some long grain rice soaking in a jar for a couple of days, to reduce cooking times and save energy. The ingratiating Basil Fawlty. Genius 🙌 Bike touring sounds good - I've lost track, I though you'd sold both? your bikes, but no doubt you'll update muddled people, like me, at the time.

(Actually, forget that about the rice, once it's wet, either soaking or post cooking, bacteria start to grow which can cause stomach upsets)

Hello Kevin, always happy to hear from you, plus you are cooking today! You're explorations into the galley have taught me a bit about "home cooking" English style plus using some items not usually found in the US, like suet. That inspired me to find a butcher that had the proper cuts and I rendered out my own suet to make, among other things, Spotted Dick for one of the Christmas deserts. Thank you so much!

Good evening Kevin, its great to see you back on our screens. I would also love to take my bike to Scotland Touring and camping. The last time I did that was the Isle of Wight in September 2019 (Pre Covid). Someone I follow on KZfaq (www.youtube.com/@ruthaisling) did just that recently in her camper van. She is Scottish herself so knows all the local history and traditions. Its well worth a watch for inspiration and information. Take care, Peter.
