Creamy Prawn-Stuffed Salmon | Jamie: Keep Cooking Family Favourites

24 күн бұрынThis dish is so comforting, and a real treat for the whole family when you need to fill up on something hearty and comforting. I'm using smokey bacon and prawns in a creamy crème fraîche sauce to add a massive amount of flavour and texture to these already-delicious flaky salmon fillets. Baked on a bed of garlicky spinach, rosemary, and parmesan... it's so good!

I made it today! It was Lively. Even the most difficult eater in our family, liked it. Just 1 questions: I used fresh spinach. First on the hub, then in the oven, but there came so much water from the spinach, that it wasn't crunchy at all. How can I prevent that from happening?

Could creme fraiche be substituted with cream cheese? I can't get hold of creme fraiche where I live. I never thought of stuffed salmon before; I'll give this a go for sure.

I would substitute sour cream that has been drained a bit or Greek yogurt. Cream cheese might work, but it would need to be thinned with some milk or cream.
