What are some things you'd like to bring into your "no right, no wrong" space? It can be anything, even if it's banging a milk jug with a broomstick and singing Bright Eyes! ...what? ...no, I haven't done that.....of course not......>.> Let me know below!

🥺 idk about a broomstick and milk jug. But Bright Eyes. Lua. And bowl of oranges are always my go to. But Mac Miller's Lua cover... Jesus. Gets me every time. . Grateful for your space here.

Crowded House is break up band. It’s grieving is part of life. I hade a string of six year relationships. I have been alone now for 2 years and at 54 I can tell you I am truly happy alone with friends. I am manic and finally able to deal with it. Meds help too. You have had it rough but time will heal. Use your creativity as your defense. YOU CAN DO IT!

Music, always Music. Listening helps me navigate grief and grow. It certainly never happens overnight, sometimes it takes a bit. If nothing else it’s a safe outlet for me. Sending Love, Light & Strength. ❤️✨🙏🏼

I’m so so so proud of you and how you’re dealing with your mental health. I’ve followed you for several years 5+ and you have come such a long way. You should feel so proud that you’re no longer dealing with things in the way you used to. Trikafta gave you a new life and you’re taking the bull by the horns. Keep on keepin on. Much love and peace to you ✌🏼

Hello Morgan, I'm 65 years young. I've been lucky enough to give my all and be love more than once. If it wasn't real it wouldn't hurt so much. Never say never, How many people died at a young age with your disease thinking there would NEVER be help. You are the real deal, one day some day it will happen again. The next fatty I light up will be in your honor😊

This was a big wake up call for me I was just watching Stephi’s Vid…. I broke up with my boyfriend bc I found receipts for two people and I live an hour away from him. I stayed loyal until the end … it’s so easy to be single it’s hard to be in a relationship

Damn this really helped my perspective today. I was doing journalling which did help a lot - but it being all shadow work is quite jarring. I want to do some thing that connects me with my inner child more..play is just as important in the journey of helping yourself. Its compassionate, its freeing. I'm 2 wks sober so I do have extra time now I'm not blocking out hours of the evening drinking/mindless consuming/scrolling lol. Being a bit more *intentional*, that's the ticket. Thanks for this reminder ❤️

Don't give up on the journey, there is light and it may not be the same as those who don't share your specific diagnosis. My son was diagnosed bipolar/schizophrenic while pursuing a medical degree. He shares with me how he constantly thinks about where he was and how that keeps him on the path to wellness. He used drugs and alcohol as an elixir to help him feel good/balanced, but it had the opposite effect. He stated that he had to decide for himself that he was willing to allow meds to create his new normal. He is now working on his PhD and is thriving. So please don't give up, you will find what is right, there is no perfect anything. Just continue being the beautiful imperfectly perfect you.

Fun fact: an Alannis Morrissette band member (Taylor - tells this story himself) got a call from Slash about his over-the-top debauchery. She didn’t know how raunchy her band was to her fans. BTWs he’s one of the Foo Fighters now lol

Thank you for this. I know that it is a painful time for you at the moment. My pain has been physical and mental. I have had a number of "long-hauler" COVID health issues for almost two years now. A hip that never hurt can hurt on random days, I don't heal as fast as I use to. I'm randomly short of breath and energy. I've been beating myself up over this for more than a year. I'm a writer, so I've focused my attention on writing, and that helps, maybe I should just focus on something truly playful. My idea for a title for what you do is No, Fail, Freefall, Creative Session. Like a kid finger painting for the first time. The creation is what it is. I will post that below as well.

Covid is the worst. I know you're pain personally because my grandfather had it and sadly he didn't make it. Hopefully you have a strong family around you. To support you and get you through this. Because it is a very lonely battle. Mainly because nobody's allowed to go up and see you. Anyhow I hope that you are able to get out and about and get some fresh air. Sincerely a random person on the internet. Who sorry your comment and figured I might as well respond.

Sony A6400 and my main lens is the Sigma 16mm 1.4 And thanks so much! Lighting was always one of my weakest points, so I’ve been grinding hard on studying and understanding lighting and how it all balances out. I do a lot more cinematic type stuff, but it’s usually just smaller isolated shots to get practice in, but I’ve wrote out a few treatments for full on cinematic video ideas I’m gonna knock out this year I’m stoked for! Thanks for checking out the video! ✌🏼
