You are overreading "Subject" in Subject-Tax-Rate. This is a vanilla value which determines how much resources you get from your subjects like tributaries and vasals.

Note that with genetic perfection that your species is immortal, yet you can still select the fleeting trait or if you started with it the more severe cousin giving you way more points to use once you get to genetic perfection, and its basically free points since your people are immortal so there is literally no downside to it at that point.

11:33 I find it funny that for most animals young need more food than adults, because of growth. But for humans, nope, only when we reach out teenage years. Humans stand out from most animals in so many ways.

Just to note the first time you modify a species after getting AC 3 of bio is free This mod is also gona get an update soon before the next stellaris patch hits so look out for that

There are two arguments in regards to minimum wage. Lowering it would allow corporations to employ more people, and thus make more things for those who could afford it, but raising it would allow workers to purchase more things, thus allowing the corporations to produce more things for them. This empire could easily subscribe to either argument.

Love those modded playthroughs they are very good and fun. I also had some time with this mod and I can say that its a lot of fun, to begin with so many weird empire tipes.

The reasons why you got an instant modification immediately after unlocking the final tier of genetic modification is because the game specifically gives you a temp modifier to make it free. Also, this isn't made clear, but the Specialist and Worker boosting pop advanced traits both apply to military leaders and gives them special boosts.
