Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "real estate flipper advice" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Ponasson Estate Earthman - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my m8 got great results with it.

Well done again RUHM! I love the copy. Clearly it's humorous, but it comes off very fresh and entertaining. Great casting, copy and shooting as well. The only thing I would have added as a higher aerial shot of Bolsa Chica. I think it would be really neat to see what that likes like from above.

That is NOT a Cape Cod house, Cape Cods are one story with gables an open floor plan, with little ornamentation, and certainly not big enough for 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths. The style originated in Cape Cod in the 18th century and was designed to withstand the harsh winter weather.
